About

#OneChineseInColombia was originally a blog because of my unexpected move to the country and the overwhelming curiosity about the country from friends and family. It was meant to be a site to document all the peculiarities and cultural shock of my first days in this exotic and obscure country.

After having visited numerous parts of the country, it’s time to let other people enjoy the privilege and come see it for yourself! Now you can book with us holiday packages operated by our trusted partner who has 16 years of experience in Colombia!

Why travel with #OneChineseInColombia

  1. As a foreigner on the ground, I know what you want as a visitor!
  2. Easy communication: Your enquiries are answered within 10 hours!
  3. Excellent attention and Service: I love pleasing people!

Hi there – I am sorry to hear that you think what I wrote was rude. I apologise if you were offended. In fact you’re not the first one who has disapproved what I write.
You’re right to express yourself. It’s true that some Chinese have a problem with food selection that risks violating human and animal rights, and what I write about Colombia is by no means saying that Colombia is wrong and the rest of the world is right.
Thank you for your time in commenting on my blog, keep reading!

    Hi, Jessica
I don’t know if you remember me. I’m one of your cousins who moved to the US years ago. I was having dinner with your parents last night and they told me about you and this website. Good to hear that you and your husband are doing well down in Colombia. Keep in touch.
BTW, your website is very informative and I know more of Colombia now other than coffee and Futbol. ^.^

Hola, just found this website. If you are still active with it, I’m looking for advice on where any Chinese New Year celebrations might be held in Bogota this year. Thank you.
