A Colombian Lunch

I don’t know if this is ‘traditional’, all I know is that this is consumed in the Nigrinis family. Lunch is the main meal of the day, served at 12.45 (always, OCD traits that contributed to Mario’s habits).. It’s comprised of a fruit salad (usually with papaya, mango, cantaloupe, strawberries and grapes), a vege salad, main course (1 meat, 1 veg and 1 carb) and dessert. Yes, that’s pretty beiigggg!!! So I normally have to chop lunch into half and eat the dessert and fruit salad 3 hours later..
On the first day, main course was meat balls and rice with peas. Nothing out of the extraordinary.
But dessert was icecream with a low fat cheese. YES! CHEESE! That was strange, to put it mildly..
